Common questions
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No. The free plan is completely free with no credit card required. Sign up with your email, set up your first listing, and start using the kiosk at your next open house.
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you'll keep access to your existing listings and visitor data. However, features like document tracking and Buyer Interest Reports will be paused until you upgrade again. If you exceed the free tier limits (3 active listings), you'll need to archive some listings.
Yes. OpenRela uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, ensuring agents can only access their own data. All API keys are SHA-256 hashed. Documents are stored with signed URLs that expire. We follow SOC 2 practices and comply with California data privacy requirements.
Pro and Team plans include API access and webhook integrations, which connect to any CRM that supports webhooks or has a Zapier integration. This includes Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, and thousands of others. Visitor data flows automatically when someone signs in.
OpenRela currently supports the California OHNA-SI (Open House Notice to All - Sign-In) form, which is required at all California open houses since the 2024 NAR settlement. Support for additional state-specific forms is on our roadmap.
Pro plans remove the 'Powered by OpenRela' branding from your widgets. Team plans add white-label options including custom colors and the ability to use your own domain for the widget. Enterprise plans offer fully custom branding.
Yes. The Team plan at $99/mo supports up to 10 agents. For larger brokerages or custom needs, contact our sales team at sales@openrela.com for volume pricing and enterprise features like dedicated infrastructure and custom SLAs.
